Why are people leaving the Bay Area?

Yes, I left the Bay Area (with my family) a few years ago, just to realize it is THE best place on earth. I totally regretted my decision. I moved to Vancouver, Canada. It rains a lot and just as expensive as Bay Area and not just that, very cramped infrastructure. Bay Area is very open and spacious, wide roads, even the homes for the same price are much bigger (Depending on the area) and there are plenty of options in general. I always remembered how beautiful and sunny it is. So eventually we decided to move back. And havenít regretted a day since then. Itís human nature to always complain and only when we lose then we are able to see an appreciate all the good things. Iím sure those who do move away mostly regret their decision. In fact, we lost a lot by moving away, had we lived here, we would have been much better financially too.
You can complain as much as you want as people enjoy complaining. But I would say look at all the good things Bay area has to offer and be grateful for being in the best place on earth.
